What's NewAs a global financial services company, Genworth is dedicated to helping people secure their financial lives, families and futures by delivering on our promises. One of our most important promises is our commitment to making a difference in the communities where our employees live and work. Each day, our charitable giving and volunteer efforts help make a long-term impact on addressing our key areas of philanthropic focus: education, basic needs and support for seniors.
We keep our promises to local communities in three ways: - Local Community Sponsorships
Global Month of ServiceJune 2011
Genworth celebrated its annual Global Month of Service by taking the time to get out into the community and make a difference in 27 locations around the world. In June, over 50% of Genworth’s 6,500 employees volunteered in various projects serving Genworth’s three primary outreach areas: education, basic needs and support for seniors.
